Rich-Mar Winner CM4 Specifications

Dial and Button Controlled 4 Channel Stimulator and Ultrasound Combination Unit.
Ultrasound has 2cm2 and 5cm2 soundheads on single, 4-in-1 “Therapy Hammer” transducer. Both 2cm2 and 5cm2 soundheads can output both 1 & 3 MHz frequencies. Can use the ultrasound while stimulation treatments are running.
Maximum BNR of 5.5:1 with guaranteed BNR <3.5:1 available.
Control dial and easy touch buttons with LED indicators easily control the 4 Channel Stimulator and Ultrasound Combination Unit for quick and simple use.
Winner CM4 has up to 25 nameable, programmable Therapy Profiles for customized treatments that can be entered and even named using the Therapy Profiler to meet the facility’s needs allowing for quick and easy treatment setup by the whole staff.
Therapy Profiles can be selected to run in either Easy Profile mode or Advanced Profile mode.
Stimulator has four totally independent stimulation channels that can actually output four completely different waveforms and or treatments all at the same time. Can even use ultrasound separately while all four stimulation channels are running.
Pulse rate options include High scan, Low scan, High-Low scan and Fixed rates.
Can adjust pulse rates and many other parameters during the treatment.
Microprocessor controlled 5 Stimulation Waveforms
Waveforms available on all four channels include:
Quadpolar IFC (5,000 Hz carrier frequency with Normal Modes)
Pre-Mod IFC (5000 Hz carrier frequency with Normal, Surge, Co-Cont, and Alt Modes)
Hi-Volt (High Volt Pulsed Current twin square wave, with Normal, Surge, Co-Cont, and Alt Modes)
Russian (2500 Hz carrier frequency with Normal, Surge, Co-Cont, and Alt Modes)
Microcurrent (.3 to 1000 Hz pulse rate in Normal Mode)
Quad IFC has balancing feature allowing for treatment sensation focusing.
IFC treatments have Vector massaging feature that can be turned on or off.
Six different timing on/off modes available: 10 sec/50 sec, 10/30, 10/20, 10/10, 5/10, 5/5
Unique channel buttons allowing for easy identification of Active treatments, real-time on or off time output and displayed parameters.
Combination ultrasound and stimulation treatments can be used together or independently from each at the same time.
Patient safety features include patient isolating safety loads to protect the patient from electrical shock due to power surges or equipment malfunction.
