It is a great new addition to your tools for treating soft-tissue injuries because it is extremely quick and easy to use. The AutoPrism is unique in the Light Therapy offerings as it is a stand-alone device. That means you do not have to purchase a new Combo device in order to then pay for the Light Therapy applicator. The AutoPrism offers great flexibility, as it is very portable and very affordable.

The AutoPrism brings another option for your soft-tissue applications. Monochromatic infrared light has been shown in research to provide beneficial effects via increased in circulation and cellular metabolism. The AutoPrism uses an array of super luminous diodes (SLDs) to provide powerful monochromatic light in infrared and visible red wavelengths. It is the wavelength and dosage delivered that are of crucial importance with light therapy...not whether it is a laser or SLD. The AutoPrism uses 880nm infrared diodes coupled with visible red 670nm diodes to output over 600 mW of energy. This high power allows you to provide beneficial Light Therapy over a large area in a short amount of time. The AutoPrism provides a 17cm 2 treatment area but can still deliver 1J/cm 2 in only 35 seconds. Typical dosages range from 1J/cm 2 to 10J/cm 2.
